First 3 or so episodes were pure "Post Apocalyptic Twilight" but when things turn darker and the focus goes off the cliche romance it gets pretty good.
It's still essentially "pretty white kids with problems" but meh, it's worth a watch.
I wasn't expecting to enjoy this, I almost turned it off after the second episode as I feel its suited to a younger generation but the story has me hooked. Realistic issues facing youth transferred into a futuristic setting.
Yes. The first 2-3 were pretty transitional (wrapping up loose ends/catching up the audience with what happened between seasons etc) but we're starting to get back into things with some good old fashioned hate filled violence.
