They dont get any easier!

Last week was a hell of a tough game, considering injuries, players backing up, etc.

This week we are up against the form team in the comp, who have class all over the park. if we do what we usually do, and cop soft tries in the first half, then kill it in the second, we will be really pushing it.

i heard that BK (calf) and brett stewart (knee) are out. BK is so tough that he'd still play if his leg was amputated, so him being out for this amount of time is a concern.

wont be easy without the shiny headed one.

Remember we will be missing Ingliss and King. Thats a lot of strike power to lose for one round.

And Johnson and Smith will be on Origin duty. Theres our 2 top defenders gone.

Having said that, I think we'll wipe the floor with you but it's not gonna be easy ;)

I reckon the Brookvale factor might just get us over the line.....Smith missing from the Storm is a big loss, he's been killing them this season!

Half the Manly forward pack is missing - Kennedy, Menzies, Kite, King and Leuluia. Our 2 top try scorers are missing - Stewart and Bell.

These players almost equate to half the runon team. If the Storm lose, it would have been a great effort by the Eagles.

Anyway, Eagles by 8.

I think we'll win this one. Too many key players missing for Melbourne and it's at Brookie.

I think we'll lose this one by 14.

Regrdless of the Storm side, we are missing some very important people - and untill we have our best side on the park I can't see us beating anyone.

we're missing players, but don't forget that the storm are missing alot of their important players too.

should be interesting, but i think the brookie will carry us over the line. not only that, but we have orford playing his old club and still smarting from being snubbed by the nsw selectors.

i think ox will step up a gear and show the blues selectors why they made a mistake in not bringing him into the squad.

eagles by 4

usually that makes him play worse. Orford is a nuffy, when he needs to show people how he can play he folds under the pressure. Im happy Cronk is with us now and I was truly one of the fans that didn't want orford to resign with us last year.

Our line up is actually poor even in comparision to our 2003 side. Miracles happen, and often and Brookie, But the odds on Powerball seem more appealing this week.

The Punters have more faith in Manly than I do  .

Have they read the team sheet? We're missing about 6 Players from our preferred forwards rotation:roll:

jeez! $1.70 v $2.05 is a bit rich! i rate our chances, but its going to be alot closer than that!

i'd say the valuebet for the week would be the storm!

i'm still thinking that we'll win by 4.

Im thinking the bookies know a bit more than we do. Maybe a late inclusion of the bald one is on the cards?
