Step 3: Have a "come to Jesus" crisis moment where you give the viewers the feeling that maybe the knobby idea just wasn't meant to be.

Step 4: Just when the viewers start crying into their wheaties, have a "brainwave" on how you can modify your methodology such that you can deliver the knobby idea. In reality this was the plan all along.

Step 5: Deliver on the knobby idea to much round of applause.
