Thurston won the Golden Boot gong for 2013 and the World XIII has been named. Leaving out Hayne after his World Cup domination is a bit of a joke TBH.

I'd argue that he didn't. Played more games maybe, but I thought he had a relatively poor year compared to his best (and Compared to Haynes 2013).
