if you've got a long enough length of coax cable that may in fact provide enough of an aerial by itself.

EDIT: Actually there's a simpler solution. Find someone who has a stolen credit card, use that to pay for a sim card for a smart phone, find another friend to point the smart phone at his TV while the games are being shown, making a video call to you at the same time.

get a coaxial cable and a splitter. Cut your neighbours coax cable, put in the splitter and connect the coax back to where your aerial connects to your coax cable. Presto! 7mate

This wouldnt work that well if you live on acreage though
