While some individuals have a right to feel hard done by.....that is a solid team that should deal with England if they are switched on. Tate is the strange selection for mine...but I have nothing against the bloke.

woefull backline, better inform players not selected

Daley Cherry Evans should be halfback, Hayne on the wing, Jennings over Tate

I fear poms will win this by 6-10 points

Didn't Italy pants the poms in a trial last week. I reckon the poms will be strong on the forwards but lack the punch in halves. If we play at 75% there is no chance in hell the poms will get within 18 points.

I don't think anyone stayed up to watch it. I know I went to bed at the 20 min time and he hadn't been put on at that stage.

I wish ch 7 would replay all the games at a decent time, not just the Aussie or bigger games. Would love to see all of them, but sadly due to the time diff, I will be lucky to see half.

After watching the Aus v Eng game in HD on 7mate, all I can say is the sooner the NRL gets rid of 9 the better. Also hearing the video refs thoughts as he watched replays was good.

What did others think of Lee Mossop's performance? I thought he was probably the worst of all the English team. No power in his runs, no sting in his defense and often the third man in, no real speed on show and very thin for a future NRL backrower or frontrower.

Overall very disappointing. I hope he can lift 1000% on what he showed last night or else he will be a total waste of time.

Looked like Mossop got through abit of work, but he did not dominate at all. He tends to get put on his back easily when getting tackled which is a worry.

i thought he was pretty average tbh

and if his name was ben smith he'd be getting strung up from a tree in the carpark for giving away penalties
