Its a lot of things. The front office has actually done an amazing job with everything apart from winning football games.
Short term commercials have been good and getting the CoE completed (or thereabouts) is a positive. Pascoe has done something’s right.

But the front office is also responsible for culture; the will they/won’t they sack Madge at the end of last year, and then putting in an untenable football structure with Sheens is on the front office, and doesn’t create a unified, purposeful organisation.

Front office and Board are also responsible for longer term vision and the question of whether the Tigers are Leichart or Campbeltown still remains unanswered (from a casual observers perspective).

The Madge stuff was more media driven then anything. We’re a massive club that probably gets more clicks then any other sydney club, hence the constant stories on us.

Interesting that you think Sheens is untenable. Since he has come on we’ve made the 2 best signings the club has made in a decade and the media’s attitude To us changed over night. So far he has been a huge success.

EPL 2022:
Top 4: Pretty much copy and paste from the past decade.
Same sides to dominate, same sides to struggle. Yawn.
Your team WILL drastically improve. I won't be surprised if Dragons start very well and flow into the finals. Your club has now an excellent mixure of brilliant youth and experienced players, they are a shoe in IMO.
