The bad old days

The problems that Souths are going through at the present remind me a lot of our horror years in the 80's. It was marvelous what happens when a new CEO can be given the reins - it is time that Souths CEO takes full charge and gets rid of the dead wood. It's also time for George to realise his day has come, bite the bullet and go graciously instead of going down kicking. I do feeel sorry for the Souths supporters but the way their club is heading it will be out the back door before much longer

It's a pity- the Rabbitohs have such a great junior base and widespread support, if they could just get the administration in order they could be such a great club again. It must be especially hard for those Souths fans old enough to remember to glory days to see the club embarrass itself the way it has these past 15 years.

and a lot of them used to be our junior clubs until Souths grab went on...but we weren't strong enough at the time to stop it...
