Could I take someone who hasn't seen the other Thor's or Avengers and they will still understand the story?

They'll get the jokes, they won't get the Asgard stuff or Hulk back story, which is most of the plot really

I'm a bit over comic book movies from DC because apart from Watchmen and the odd Batman flick they are all complete rubbish.

Some of the Marvel ones are just as bad but the Marvel source material is that much richer and deeper.

You didnt enjoy Wonder Woman?

And to say the source material from Marvel is "richer and deeper" is just plain silly/ignorant

I have been reading titles from both companies for years and there is a very deep well of stories and ideas from both sides. WB just hasnt utilised the DC stuff much yet

Super man is almost as fast as the flash right?

So why does he attack Batman (when they’re on the roof) in what would be his super slow motion? Surely he’d have time to f**k Batman up before he pulls his kryptonite has gun on him

The popular theory is that’s Hela will take the place of mistress death in infinity war, however that obviously depends on 1) whether they included the character of mistress death, and 2) whether cate blanchett was willing to sign a multi movie contract with marvel.

Sooo..... obviously this potential deal is massive well beyond comic book rights...

But from a comic book movie fan perspective.... this would free up x-men and fantastic 4 to come back under the MCU.

Some interesting dilemmas will come up... because I don’t think you’d be able to make a Logan or Deadpool in the MCU... which would be a shame... as those R rated films are great.

From what I've seen in trailers, they look like they've done Aquaman a bit like they did in Batman : Brave and the Bold...which was f**king hilarious, but totally fun. Here's hoping.
