People are getting way too fussy about this game. You haven't found anything new about the game so you nitpick the little things that really don't mean anything. The font isn't good? Who cares? Can you read it? Yes? Well then it serves its purpose. If this is the best you can come up with when discussing the game perhaps you should take a little break from this place and come back when you have Rugby League in your hands and can say something more than 'the font isn't good'.

Mario dont worry about it

Most people wouldnt care if the fonts were in Arabic as long as its rugby league and we can play as our favourite club and create our old favourite players who cares.

I think its great that you've been on forums taking our ideas pretty much since the demo came out.

People who want to get critical now before they even have the finish copy in their hands are just being silly.

It's so funny how picky some people are being about this game.....had we known nothing about this game and then one day we saw the game at the store and got it we would not have worried at all about "whats wrong with it"

But because Sidhe and Mario have been so good and told us what we want to know, we complain about pointless things like the bloody font for gods sake!!!! Who cares!!!!! How can someone come here and complain about the font, its a league game!!! Isnt that good enough!!!

Uh.. as far as I can tell, KimmorleyKiller was never complaining, he just stated that it looked a little weird, as it does. Mario answers that the text looks different in JPEG format. I think its fine that people can talk about little things like this, of course they have no impact on whether we would buy the game or not, but why not just find out? As long as there is no complaining like other threads.

I have absolutely nothing against this thread.
Personally, I think the font is fantastic! It's the same font from the demo and it is very "rugby league".
It looks similar to the numbers on player jerseys and the number markings on the field. Also, it is similar to the NRL in the NRL logo.

I couldn't see how you could get a better, more suitable font to be honest. Maybe wingdings? Yeah right.

I reckon the fonts could be better to say the least. Should use the font from the scoreboard, looks like foxtel one, that's a good clear font.

hey settle down i wasnt bagging the game some of u guys are way 2 serious sidhe are on these forums 2 find out wat the league fans want in the game (great job guys) but how is it going 2 help them if the u just keep flaming everybody who sez something a tinny bit crital even though i though it was obvious that i didnt care about the font that much at all theres been a thousand posts that have been more pointless than this 1 chill out

I don't have a problem with people criticising a game, but has anybody even played this game yet? No, we haven't. Until its out, I see any complaining about things you see in screenshots as just unneccessary nitpicking. When its out, we'll get a few weeks of 'its awesome' posts, then continual 'suggestions' and 'improvements' that could be made to the game. There'll be plenty of people pointing out every fault this game has when its out, I mean, EEL will absolutely tear it to pieces as soon as he plays it, that's just his nature. I don't see the need to criticise a game you haven't even played yet, even if it is just the font style.
