York Bradford and toulose will all average 6 k to 8k next year pretty easy

All have the potential for 10k

York has always had good crowds in league one and champ

Bradford at their best averaged 15k. They bring large numbers of away fans too

Toulose if given time will be a bigger club than Catalans. It’s a big city with a diverse economy

Pommies could’ve handled the expansion chat better comes across poorly when it’s actually very good news

They could even go to 16 with London and Salford if the current 14 do a good job

Love to see a Cumbrian team like Barrow in who has a slightly bigger population then Castleford.

Is this short-term move by the giants until a new stadium is built within the town of Huddersfield?
He said he’s still working on a new stadium in huddersfield and is looking at other locations

That could take ages

Maybe a rebrand or hope to get so lme Halifax fans coming to games

It is a better sized stadium for them

The NRL are open to a proposal that would see them purchase a 33 per cent stake in the competition – though they want complete autonomy on the game’s prospects at administration level if they are to invest.

Moran and Danson are determined to get the NRL on board and believe they have support from enough key clubs to get a deal over the line. However, it will likely be the RFL who have the definitive say.

Nrl wants a smaller comp which I can’t see happening now

Giving the arl control isn’t actually a bad move but I can’t see guys like Beaumont or woods going for it

Im not a fan but I believe Pvl could make a difference if this happens

Ahh the irony of the Australian Rugby League establishment wanting to basically pull a superleague move on Superleague.

As the saying goes, history doesn't repeat but it often rhymes...

There's some key differences but you certainly have a point!
