The Mason Trial Nfl And Manfred Moore

I think it was in the eighties that Newtown bought out an NFL player from America to try out in League. I'm sure his name was Manfred Moore. Well it appears the only trouble he had was he didn't bring his arms with him and had no idea on tackling along with other deficiencies.

No we have Mason - who is a good player - even though one has to question his sanity at times - wanting to try out with an NFL team.

Good luck Mason if you go because by the time you get the chest padding, helmet, shin pads, knee pads, ankle straps, shoulder pads, box, runners on you are most probably going to remember you haven't got on your tight long trousers. But that's another story.

I don't think he would make it because when he did get all that gear on he will realise why NFL players are that big and as far as they are concerned they would use him as a speed bump
