DCE is probably the only one of the list close to worth it.

Titans have overpaid for Taylor and Fifita, but they're a club without much prestige and need to splash the cash if they want to attract good established talent. They won't win anything with this strategy. They need to build from within

That’s true. I hadn’t thought of it from that angle.

I think playing a million for any player is a big risk. I also think generally speaking that fullbacks are a bit overrated in this regard. Personally I think the halves are far more important simply because there aren’t as many good ones. Good fullbacks are a dime a dozen. Not saying someone like Turbo isn’t insanely good but I just think sometimes the fullback position gets a little overrated and teams can potentially pay too much.
