I absolutely agree that our recruitment has dramatically improved since we initiated the committee.
Im also very pleased we have identified a need for specific coaching and have initiated changes in physical performance as well. Definitely a more professional approach from that of years past where it appeared it was a one man band. I guess we have The Bern and The Review to thank. The future looks promising.
