Great.. its open season!anastabation said:I'm not here to post crap those are my genuine opinions. I think the dogs are the scape goat of salary cap cheating. Nothing anyone will say can change that. Call it bitter and twisted, sour grape sucking whatever, its water off a ducks back.Willow said:So therefore you only visit here to post bullsh*t.anastabation said:With all that blue bags capper you infest everywhere I could have sworn that you were a New Town fan, but then again I don;t post here that much, nor visit the site a great deal as its very similar to rleague, except in blue.![]()
And as far as I'm concerned "the game" can get stuffed. I'm not a rugby league supporter I'm a bulldogs supporter. *thumps chest*
Basically, you've just admitted to making assumptions without first checking your facts. But that was already obvious.
I know plenty of Bulldogs fans who support the game and don't want to see it being dragged through the cesspit again. I even know a couple who won't support them anymore after what happened.
Then there are some others who are just plain bitter and twisted.
Oh yes... it's all about the Bulldogs being a scapegoat.. that is so bloody lame. I suppose you're one of these types who blame the journo for writing the article... as if by not writing it, all would be good.
I suppose its all the NRL and David Gallop's fault as well?
Sour grapes is only part of it and when I said bitter and twisted, I was being kind. The Dogs were caught red-handed and we didnt hear all of it. The whole Oasis 'venture' was as dodgy as they come and thanks for small mercies that someone exposed it.
The Dogs initially tried to hide the figures but the paper trail was way too messy and they were forced to admit to a major breach of the cap.
... the $1 million figure is open to discussion as well.
Even your CEO gave us the hint that it has been going for years: "It's a long, long process and we've tried since Super League days to get our salary cap in order and unfortunately we've not got to that level." said Hagan.
LOL.. unbelievably, he used Super League as part of the excuse.
If I may quote you just one more time:
anastabastion: "as far as I'm concerned "the game" can get stuffed. I'm not a rugby league supporter I'm a bulldogs supporter."
Priceless.
