To Finchy, sorry to see this happen to you, you deserve to be there after the year you've had but if you do the crime you must do the time!! I'm sure Ruben, Germ and co will sympathise with you after their suspensions this year but if the judiciary is fair dinkum you can't possibly escape suspension for that tackle!!

Yep, hopefully he gets suspended. But if he fights and loses, he gets the 3 weeks.

I reckon he'll go there, maybe plead guilty, and argue for a downgrade - maybe only missing the one game. I'm very, very suspicious of how things will turn out.

Me either, I guess it all depends how much arse-sucking Gould can get in before Wednesday night...

It was obvious that Freddy would never be suspended when he was charged a couple of weeks ago, and Finch is Gould & Freddy's illigitimate love-child so you can almost bank on him being there.

I'm tipping that Gould will be crying crocodile tears all day today and tomorrow and Finch gets the charge downgraded. He may miss a week making him eligible for the grand final.

In saying all that I think Finch has been great this year, he never played that good for us but I'm happy that he is playing well albeit for the Rortsters. A tough break for him but the tackle deserves 2-3 weeks minimum if you compare it to Germ's tackle or both of Ruben's this year!!

If it was a Raider, it would have been a 4 week suspension.

I just heard on 2UE that Finch has pleaded guilty to a dangerous throw and suprise, suprise, the Rortsters are disputing the grading. If the grading dispute is successful he won't miss any games!!
