I honestly don’t know what everyone’s obsession with getting rid of Suli is.
ffs. The guy may not have a last pass to his winger very often though he does some pretty hard runs and he’s quiet safe in defence..

And to say Lawson to replace him. Jeez I’m not sure I am watching the same game as you guys. Lawson in my opinion is not NRL standard.YET. I actually get scared when he’s under a highball..

Suli with 2 line breaks and 8 try assists in 2025. Val Holmes 9 try assist and 9 line breaks. Matt Feagai 6 line breaks and 1 try assist. Lawson 1 line break in only 4 games. So how is Suli so good with all these years experience and games this season. Of the 4 Val and Matt seem to be the more attacking threat with the most line breaks.

You cannot complain the attack is poor when there is 1 guy with 2 line breaks all year and then praise that guy that is probably the cause of the lack of attack on one side. The outside backs bread and butter should be line breaks not how many PCM they make. Leave that stat to the forwards.

By the way Sloan made 22 line breaks which is why he was probably the top scorer.

Flanno should really look this off-season to give Suli some training in the backrow as he has the body type and skill set to probably be a really good backrower. Beau Scott type player who could switch to both Centre and Backrow when needed in case of injury to a backs.

Suli is a big body, makes strong carries and good to bring the ball off our try line but he only runs in a straight line.
In attack and close to the try line he should be unstoppable but he doesn't have a step a fend or the ability to create something or beat his opposite number.
Has he ever contested a high ball in attack or defense ?
I like Suli but he looks more like a back rower playing centre.

Suli is a quality player that hardly ever gets descent ball. Our attack nearly always goes left to Holmes side. Suli just seems to used as a battery ram. If our halves learnt to attack on both sides of the ruck we would be a far better side.
Agree, my question is why don’t we adjust our game plan accordingly..????

Suli has scored 26 tries in 167 games for team and country. That's one try every 6.42 games.

I put it out there - find me another NRL backline player with over 150 games played with a higher number than that!
