agreed on Soul, best bet of day IMO. Shocking will be very hard to best in the cup.

Shocking was a certainty beaten, happy though after backing Monaco Consul eachway.

Purple is a money muncher.

Also the fav that won the last in the get out stakes is a champ

I recouped on Culminate in the 2nd last which wad good, paying $12.

Feint Perfume was disappointing. Alcopop I could forgive.

The highlights of Northerly brought back some good memories.

Good sprint race next week as well... Hay List is definitely running with Black Caviar a possibility, but it missed a track gallop yesterday due to conditions.

Hopefully they finally meet down the straight at the Flemington carnival.

It's official... Black Caviar vs Hay List (and Star Witness if you want to include him) is on tomorrow.

I like Hay List down the straight.

Black Caviar is a freak, Hay List wasn't 100% but even if he was, he wouldn't have got near her.

My old man reckons she is just about the best sprinter he has seen since Vain. Massive wrap as he loved Manikato. When i asked him how should would go against Vain he laughed.

It was a pleasure to watch Black Caviar yesterday.
Always wanted to see what she could do if she could stay healthy and I think she showed yesterday what we all thought she was capable of.
Bad luck for Luke not being on her but hopefully there'll be other great days to enjoy.
