Finally they or should I say Sheens, is getting it.

But the best news:

Tim Sheens has been targeted as the man to coach the Perth franchise should they gain entry into an expanded NRL competition. Sunday Sin Bin can reveal the bid led by multimillionaire Tony Sage and Balmain great Ben Elias wants the Kangaroos and Wests Tigers coach at the helm for their inaugural season. The potential franchise initially earmarked Ricky Stuart but attention has turned to Sheens after the NSW coach signed with Parramatta. ''Tim Sheens would be terrific for a place like Perth,'' said Elias. ''My first choice was Ricky because he was available, but Tim Sheens would be ideal. I would definitely go for a bloke like him. I've discussed it with Tony Sage and he agrees he would be an ideal candidate.'' Sage, the Perth Glory owner, has vowed to pump $100 million over 10 years into the league venture. They are jockeying with a rival WARL bid, known as the West Coast Pirates.

Most of what is written seems to state we were FORCED to chop and change, i didnt read anything to suggest the Fonz was being condenmed as the one responsible for needlessly doing it.

DOGS WANT BROWN TO STAY
Canterbury are in talks to extend injured centre Mitch Brown's stay for a further two years. His former club, Wests Tigers, have expressed interest in getting him back.

I wouldnt come back if i was Mitch.

More importantly why do we want Mitch Brown back? Don't get me wrong he is a good solid player but we have in my opinion 2 much better players currently in the Under 20's than Mitch. Both are stronger and much faster. Mitch coming off a knee op, I could not see him making our team next year and would be a waste to get him back.

Mitch Brown should never have been punted.
Solid, dependable and underrated but obviously wasn't in the supercoach good books and was always the first scapegoat whenever someone had to make way.
Was great under the high ball and I barely remember him making a stuff up of note yet little Timid makes a thousand a week and is picked week after week after week.

As for the herald, not one of the articles has a real dig at Sheens, and nor will they. He is an utter koala bear

Said itr before no point in signing Micth Brown, he would not make our best side. We have much better talent coming through, Marika proved that tonight.
