The Withdrawn Sponsorship Issue

Ace Gutters Durakote came in at a time when we were bloody desperate.

Many thanks to that company.

It’s going to be another tough recruitment drive for the front of jersey sponsor next year with the economy taking a hit.

Canberra without a sponsor too.

Bad time for any team without a sponsor.

Yes indeed 2021 is going to be one hellishly tough year.
If we can't crack a front sponsor,I'd push for a freebie charity such as one that works with youth depression. With what's been going on around this city, it's a big worry.

Dino is on board of Star Casino hit them up, no reason they can't sponsor to 2 teams.

What worries me is that the Bulldogs took forever to find a major sponsor and normally they would find one pretty quickly no problems.

In the end they got lucky that Laundy Group came onboard primarily because the family are passionate Bulldogs supporters and keen to have a say in the Bulldogs future direction and putting money into the Club would give them a position of influence.

God knows where we are going to find our fairy godmother.

You’re not f**king wrong.

One month ago someone I know lost a son in his early twenties to suicide.

Became massively depressed when he lost his job earlier this year because of COVID.

There were some other issues but the whole negative vibe this pandemic has brought about has especially hit the youth of this country.

Very sad.

Apparently 9 students have done this, in schools in Northern Sydney this year. Each council area should have buildings and therapists available to be on deck 24/7 to assistant publicise the fact out loud.

Yes but where are these therapists going to come from? What are the parents doing? Are they not seeing the signs? Not talking to the kids?

HSC time is coming and it's of grave concern.

There are some companies who have been slaying it during the pandemic.

Some of them must have cash to burn. We could be the Bunnings Sharks.

You didn't buy gutters from them because they were sponsors did you?

Reminds me of when people went mad for Hisense TVs in here.

They were and are shit!

I still wear my Reebok shoes and drink my supply of brewers
My garbage is still getting picked up by Cleanaway and I have just bought shares in them as well. But it will be a cold day in hell for me to drink Powers.
