Focus has now turned to the players, a lot of who were very comfortable knowing that the very average coach accepted their very average ways, and would be looked after by him.

But... we don’t want to ‘improve’ to top 4 and make Wk 3 of finals. Even second, is just first-last. We want to win premierships. I know I sure do. Glad we have a board who shares that same sentiment. Drastic changes were required to even get close to that. We’re on the right path.
