John Morris’ team was playing good footy and had realistic top 8 chances. The board came along, fired him and now the team is playing terribly.

The board’s decision went against the community spirit of the club, gutlessly throwing out a man who was a loyal player and coach of the club.

I call upon the board to reinstate John Morris as Cronulla Sharks head coach. Fitzgibbon can still come next year and be an assistant or co-head coach.
