Let me preface this by saying it's a big "if" at this stage, but honestly westie, how much are you going to cry little a girl if the BLC redevelopment comes to fruition?

That would be nice, maybe our bullsh*t club might be able to start looking like having a bit of cash - even if we need to be handed it. But, we all know that's unrealistic.

The real point is that everyone argued till they were blue in the face that a super club in a ghost town was going to go down. I'm still waiting.
