I meant if we needed to we could cut them... but IMO Payto plus wade plus 100k- would cover Blair -

IMO ...At bare minimum - Wade is on 125k and payto is on 225 add a 100K cap rise and you got 450k ..... without 3rd party sponsorship....

Even if we cut Flanagan and Daniella - what they are irreplaceable....you could add Moors to that list ....

Don't know how Moors has been going in lower grades or how his relationship with Sheens is but last year he was very impressive for mine.

True but we can't rely 100% on that- if we only promote from within we wouldn't have Ellis - Our best player for the past 2 seasons .....

nor would we have had the likes of Beau Ryan or Daniel Fitzhenry....They are Clearly in a different class...:sarcasm:

Ellis is quoted as saying that Tim Sheens has mentioned moving him to front row. f**k Me. I've heard it all if even the mention of it is true.

Good forwards are hard to find, but "A grub" seems a bit harsh, unless you know him personally?

Do you own a time machine? If you had any brains you would read that the article said "Sheens has flagged this idea", meaning it isn't going to happen. Gallen proved on Wednesday that the number on the back makes no difference.

Incidentally, Benji and Prince have also proved this, as both have always played more of a combined 5/8 / half game.

Perhaps some should consider that the traditional roles in league are becoming blurred.

This began with the disappearance of the traditional lock.

Now we have halves (1,6,7 and 9), forwards and outside backs.

The positions are largely interchangeable.

To say Ellis cane play at prop is like saying Petro cant play in the back row.
