Player motivation can't be blamed on the coach?

If it's one player that's disinterested then blame the player, sure.

But when it's the whole team then there is surely a bigger issue. It's a huge part of Sheens' job to ensure that the team goes out there mentally prepared and as results over the years have shown it looks like that may be one of his biggest shortcomings.

I wrote this after the loss to Brisbane - you'll never see a Bennett coached team give a weak performance like that. The blame is mostly with the coach for not preparing them correctly & for allowing them to get away with it?

So glad i didn't end up going to the game and waste a night of my life watching our boys play like farkin schoolgirls. Total lack of professionalism and grit and disicipline for the full game. The comp is too close not to give 80 minutes. Thats the reason why none of our guys hardly ever, haven't and most likely never will unless they change, get picked for SOO. Every one knows we cant be consistently relied upon for 80 minutes. I hope i dont have to waste any of my time reading posts saying some of our guys should have made it to Origin, you gotta be farkin kidding, its not a conspiracy, its football reality.

Whats the odds of the same team running out again next week ?and if there are changes it will most likely be the same deck chairs only shuffled around !

Speaking of shuffling deck chairs, why not put Fifita back to the bench, whilst he played 'well' enough against the Bunnies I believe he is MUCH better value off the bench where he can come on for short stints & go nuts like did in the second half, and from where he has played his best footy in past matches. I don't believe he is fit enough to start.

yeah have to agree, he was so off his feet after he forced the drop out, ( a fantastic effort) and Sandow noticed his lack of fitness and went for the short drop out to him.

well surprise surprise, next to no change at all to the squad

What is it they say about people who keep doing the same thing over & over again, and expect to get a different result??.......Well at Wests Tigers they get re signed as FG coach, go figure. I hope he knows what he is doing!!!

Could be time for a vote of no confidence in the board and coach!! Can't believe mediocrity is rewarded with contract extensions.
