I might be abit behind the times but just wondering what happened to former Australian schoolboys backrower Tim Auremi

Retired because of a dislocated vertebra.

Is currently on a scholarship with the 'Men of League' who look after anybody associated with Rugby League who have fallen on bad times.

Gees thats a real shame, only 19 or 20 years of age and had a potential 10 year career ahead of him. I remember watching him in a sg ball game 2 years ago and he looked the goods

I thought he just took a year off to get himself together and will be back next season

Tim Auremi was a gun player... his injury is similar to that of Ben Ross...
He has taken 2010 off on medical advice and will re visit the idea of football later this year.
However it doesnt look good for him...
