Just saw a sports update on OneHD saying Tim Mannah injured his knee in pre season training and they showed him lying on the ground in pain, not sure how serious.

Dislocated knee cap is a good 4-5 months i'm pretty sure. I would be bitterly disapointed for him if it is the case. Tremendous young man and player.

Parramatta Eels Injury Update: Pre-season

19/11/2010 5:10:27 PM

Parramatta Eels forward Tim Mannah sent a scare through the Parramatta Eels camp this morning after going down with a knee injury.
However after receiving immediate medical attention it appears Tim Mannah has only sustained a medial ligament strain in his knee.
He will spend a few weeks recovering from the injury and then return in time to join the rest of his team-mates in pre-season training before the start of 2011.
Joel Reddy, Justin Poore and Luke Burt have recovered well from off-season surgery.
Burt is back to pre-season training while Poore is also close to running again. Both had knee surgery.
Reddy is also working hard to come back from shoulder surgery and is taking part in non-contact training.

I blame Stephen Kearney. Obviously his new training strategies have contributed to Tim's injury in some way.

Nah this is definitely Spags and Ozzies fault.
They had a metal ball attached to a slingshot and hid it somewhere so that it'd hit Mannah in the knee.
Deceptive bastards.
