Impact! Results by Jonathon Sawicki

IMPACT RESULTS – NOVEMBER 30, 2004

This is the new face of professional wrestling - this is TNA Wrestling!

Happy late Thanksgiving from Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, as we present to you yet another edition of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling Impact! On this special Tuesday afternoon, it was just 5 days away from Turning Point, and if you missed it - here is the complete results! The show opened up this week with a video package highlighting the latest events going on in TNA Wrestling. This included the Kings of Wrestling's attack of the locker room, the ongoing Triple X/America's Most Wanted rivalry, the war of the monsters between "The Alpha Male" Monty Brown and Abyss, and the return of Randy Savage!

The superstars attacked at the end of last week's show watched on as AJ Styles knocked on the Kings Of Wrestling's door and then sucker punched Scott Hall.

TNA went straight to The Impact! Zone on this special Tuesday afternoon for some tag team action. It was arguably TNA's number one tag team in America's Most Wanted taking on the focused New York Connection. You know that Triple X is most likely watching this from the back, as they will enter the 6 Sides Of Steel against AMW. NYC kept Chris Harris isolated from James Storm early on, and that was a very smart strategy. Gilberti made the error of attacking Storm and he got hit with a hard shot which allowed an AMW tag. They isolated Gilberti and hit him with the Death Sentence to win. America's Most Wanted got the win, but will they remain a team after this Sunday at Turning Point?

Shane Douglas interviewed Dusty Rhodes about the main event for today's show, Scott Hall versus TNA's only triple crown winner - "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles. They played a video package asking the fans whether or not they should show the WWE footage. Out of commercial they played a video package previewing Petey Williams versus Chris Sabin for Turning Point. Who will walk out the X Division Champion?

TNA Wrestling then brought you some X Division action as it was the #1 Contender to the X Division Title Chris Sabin, taking on a former X Division Champion in Michael Shane, as well as the Champion Petey Williams - in this non-title triple threat bout. As always, Shane had Traci with him, and Petey had Coach D'Amore with him at ringside. This was an amazing match that had fast-paced, back and forth action. But it all came to an end when Williams once again failed to hit the Canadian Destroyer as Sabin countered into the Cradle Shock for the win. Can the same thing happen this Sunday?

Shane Douglas interviewed Raven, who had two hooded figures with him, about the beef with DDP. Raven gave no response.

In this one, it was the focused Raven taking on an up-and-comer in "The Shooter" Vordell Walker. The match began and immediately DDP came from the crowd with a house mic ending it. He told Raven that after he retired from the business, he didn't like hearing how Raven went around claiming he made DDP. DDP said he used to consider Raven a friend. Raven finally responded that all of this wasn't about Page’s former wife Kimberly but it really involved Erik Watts. The two hooded thugs entered the ring and tried to jump Page, but he hit both of them with Diamond Cutters!

It wasn't Dallas coming out with Kid Kash this time, it was a coconut, as he took on Hector Garza. This X division match began with some mat wrestling which Garza faired better than Kash. Kash tried to speed things up and Garza controlled that too. Garza was heading to a victory until Michael Shane and Frankie Kazarian tried to interfere. It backfired and Garza got the win. Shane and Kazarian jumped Garza after the bell but he was saved by Amazing Red, Sonjay Dutt, Shark Boy and D-Ray 3000.

Back from commercial footage of the feud between Team Canada and 3 Live Kru played.

Ron "The Truth" Killings has proved to be the lead man in 3 Live Kru for some time now, while his opponent in Bobby Roode has proved to be the enforcer of Team Canada. Good hard hitting match that saw at the end Killings hit an axe kick, but D'Amore distracted referee Rudy Charles as Eric Young ran out to jump Killings. BG James came out to save Killings, who then hit Roode with a facebuster for the win. BG then talked about Turning Point and had some choice words for the Kings of Wrestling – who injured Konnan last week. Can 3LK find a way to put a stop to D'Amore's interference at Turning Point?

It's main event time, are you ready? It was Scott Hall versus "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles. Both superstars spent the first few minutes feeling each other out as they traded chops. This was obviously going to be an amazing main event as both men are loaded with talent. Could this be a test preview for this Sunday's main event? Scott Hall created the ladder match, and that's basically AJ’s high-flying style, the X Division. As referee Andrew Thomas yelled at Nash to go back to the locker room, Jeff Hardy tried to help Styles but it backfired as he kept Thomas too long because Jeff Jarrett came from the crowd and hit Styles with a guitar shot. Hall fell onto Styles for the pin. The Kings went to attack Styles, but Randy Savage brought the TNA locker room to the ring and then told the Kings to prepare for Sunday’s Pay-Per-View as Impact went off the air!
