Hi All,

I am Druid. You might remember that I posted a video a while back of my band. I have provided a link below to remind you (I am the singer).

Many of you laughed at me when I said this song should be the NRL theme song. Well, I am back with some proof as to how good the song is. Recently I found a song by Tenacious D on youtube with the same name as our song, that being "To be the best". Instantly I was concerned. Then I listened to the song, and read the lyrics and noticed some heavy similarities. This angered me, but it wasn't until I heard talk that the new commission are looking for a new NRL theme song for next season (as the jess malbouy song hasn't worked) and this tenacious D song was mentioned. Now please tell me what you think. Do you agree our songs are similar, and if so is there anything I can do to get our version to be the NRL theme song?

I certainly see where you are coming from and the similarities. Have you consulted a lawyer that specialises in intellectual property?

And in terms of it being the NRL song, I think it has great potential, just needs to be cleaned up a bit around the edges.

i think i'm pretty concerned with what my cat is doing over in the corner.

it looks like he's playing with something. possibly a mouse, but could even be a small baby rabbit.

not sure how the rabbit got into my house, so i should probably check for a larger mother rabbit with other little baby rabbits with it.

either that, or my cat is just looking for somewhere to take a crap.
