Waratahs sit atop the table with 2 rounds to go!

Will the boys do it for Whits with a Super 14 championship in front of a roaring Sydney crowd?

I think so.

GO TAHS!

The Hurricanes will spoil the party in the final round robin game.

In saying that, the Bulls should beat the Crusaders this weekend, so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Crusaders will be at full-strength against the Bulls.
& what makes you so sure the mighty Canes cant defeat the Waratahs in Sydney? Eh? Eh?

The crowd will be too revved up for Whits last regular game at home.

We couldn't do it for Burkey a few years ago but we'll do it for Whits!

Tahs are a whole different team since Burkey's day. But if the Crusaders can manage to win their next two games with BP (that would take a miracle) then the Tahs again would need to win by BP like last year but they couldn't. Hopefully they have learnt from that.

Let's just hope this year if we need bonus points to play the final at home we go for tries instead of penalty goals ... Unlike last year against the Blues.

Final should have been in Sydney last year, Whits cost us the game & title by pointing at the posts all through the second half.

Says more about the lack of depth in Australian rugby.
Dunning & Baxter would struggle to make it into a Division 2 NPC side.

Didnt Dunning do something stupid in the game against the Blues as well ? Whits going for the 3 points all afternoon was a shocker as well. It may explain why he has never been first choice for the Aus team if he makes decisions like that under preasure.

Doesn't matter. We still have more.

For that matter, the Waratahs have more grand finals appearances than the Canes.

And also the Wallabies have more World Cups than the All-Blacks.

We only lost to England because we beat NZ in the semi...If we beat NZ then lost to England what does that say about NZ?

And, at the moment, our scrums are rubbish. Point?

The Hurricanes will win no ball against the Waratahs, the Tahs forwards will simply starve them at the set-piece and also the breakdowns.

What little ball the Canes get the Tahs defence will crush the life out of.

Tahs = fantastic defence, adequate scrums, great line-outs, sensational at the breakdown.

Tahs will win both games against the Chiefs and the Canes, and will win at least one bonus point; maybe two.

Home semi. Home final. Win!

I really do think we're getting ahead of ourselves.

Road trip to Hamilton and then Canes in Sydney is not an easy run.
