Today the Bulldogs advised that Tony Williams has signed a four year contract with them.

Will we recruit any good players for next year?

The answer is most likely not.

Apparently we have more than enough quality juniors to move forward.

There are some quality young forwards at Canterbury that must surely, SURELY be looking elsewhere now. The likes of Finucane, Taupau and Klemmer

But we have Dan Hunt.

He is a good player and aggressive, he was up in Burgess face a couple of times on sat night and didn't take a backward step.

It's a shame about Lafai as well, he is a very strong runner.

Taupau is a reggie at present isn't he?

He's got some handy players in front of him at the dogs (Kasiano, Tolman and Graham).

I would take Tapau over hunt any day of the week.

How can any team in the NRL afford 13+ players from other clubs and stay under the cap. There forward consist of 1 junior in Kasiano, there 5/8 is a junior in Reynolds, Lafai who is in because of injury and Barba are the only juniors. The rest are bought from clubs and they would not switch unless they were on some decent coin.

Something suss going on AGAIN.....

Would the NRL do anything though if they were? If they did they would look stupid because they got caught once before so if they catch them again it looks like the NRL are not policing the cap properly to let the same team do it again.

And it is good timing for them to cheat as TV rights are coming up so the NRL can't afford another scandal.
