I love these rumours. Hardly seems worth bothering about but has it escaped the notice of purveyors of such nonsense that this is a 50:50 joint venture and that half of the JV is Balmain. And that we will never accept a full time move to Campbelltown. Nor would I ever expect or propose the reverse - that is a permanent move to Leichhardt or anywhere else. And by the way, I drink lattes and I live in Balmain. What is this weird obsession that you have with lattes?

Hmmm that UWS Campbelltown Campus rumor won't go away. 4th time i have heard it :shock: There was talk Noyce did visit the facilities earlier this year as a possible future training headquaters after the lease at Concord Oval has expired.

Truth has it that Wests Tigers didn't pour alot of money into Concord oval at all. All they did was purchase a lease for 2 years. All the Gym facilities, were simply transported from Leichhardt Oval to Concord. How do i know? Because i helped Steve Lavers and Cherry Mescia move them.

I think you will find that the Balmain board has no say on where the Joint-Venture club trains. That decision is made and agreed up by the independant Joint-Venture board, comprised of representatives from both the Balmain and Magpies board.
