John Nash- was he one of the players who came to Balmain from North Queensland?

Yes he did Brook. He is from Ayr (The Burdekin)who plays half/five-eight.
Is he getting a run down there?
And how is Justin Mckay going?

)he had mostly been playing off the bench but he got a little over half the game at halfback for flegg yesterday and he looked great. I'm a huge fan of damien braumann our regular half but after seeing nash go round I've got no worries at all if damien is out for a while because he did a fantastic job (not much of a goal kicker though )

McKay is playing 5/8th for Balmain and has looked pretty good, our attack has held together pretty well while obst has been gone and he deserves a lot of the credit for that.

Young Nash has a lot of talent and I hope he gives it his best shot down there.
Alfred Whaleboat is back in Townsville. He signed with Wynnum in the Qld Cup but he broke his leg before the season started. He is out for the season.I told him he should of stayed with Balmain. LOL.
