Smith should be of the view it is his to lose anyway. It should be a case of him wanting to be the 7 and not settling for the 9 jumper. We need players who are genuinely disappointed when they miss out on what they believe should be theirs. Not entitlement. Just a desire to go out and stake their claim. Actually disagree with the call and have a fire inside them.
