Hey All,
I don't know how bad I did last week, nor do I give
a damn, I know enough to know I did rather poorly, but
atleast I did forecast the Chiefs getting smacked
around by Denver. Anyway Michael Vick's first start
of the year was an action packed thriller and we can
expect more of the same against the Colts perhaps!. Should be
a magical week in the NFL I think it's going to be a
lot of fun down the stretch.
Atlanta @ Indianapolis: Michael Vick made a couple
off calls last week still getting his heels saturated
I suppose, but is definitely back. He's slipping on
some cuts so wonder how well that leg will hold up,
but I think he's still as amazing as he was when he
left. Colts defense struggled to stop Steve McNair
and the Titans, just barely holding them off at the
end. I think Vick's going to make some heartstopping
plays and have the Colts D in fits by the 3rd quarter.
Another big game for Vick, but Peyton Manning will
win this one late with another final drive.
Final Score 27-23 Indianapolis.
Buffalo @ Tennessee: Colts may have held off the
Titans and assumed temporary control of the AFC South,
but that'll be short lived. The Bills haven't quite
acquired the flare on offense they had last year and
the Titans will exploit every mistake. I feel a big
game for Keith Bulluck coming on, everybody get ready
for some drama, this one should be pretty darn good.
Got music city miracle?
Final Score 22-16 Tennessee.
Dallas @ Washington: Wow what a difference Autumn has
made as the early going would've had you thinking this
would be for the division, the Eagles woke back up the
Cowboys have been humiliated, and now have to worry
about not making the playoffs. Expect the Cowgirls to
circle the Wagons and have a good game. Maybe an
explosion on defense, somebody's gotta make a play.
Final Score 24-20 Dallas.
Detroit @ Kansas City: Hmmmm the only thing standing
in the way of the Chiefs and the division crown is
Mooch and his gutty Lions. HA! Yeah Right. Preist Holmes
will run rampant, as MY CURRENT NFL MVP Trent Green
will light the stadium up with another 350 + passing yard performance.
Final Score 35-0 Kansas City.
Houston @ Tampa Bay: Wow! I guess now we get to find
out just how bad the Buccaneers REALLY are. On the
outside looking in for the post season, this could
kill the Buccs. Expect Brad Johnson to have the omus
on him to beat this Texans secondary. K-Mac should
unfortunately be equal to the task and wreak havoc.
Rookie of the year Domanick Davis may be back, may
not, uh I'm gonna give this one to the champs.
Final Score 24-13 Tampa Bay.
Jacksonville @ New England: HERES ONE FOR MY
MATE IN Good old WATERBURY CT, USA...
Wow the Jags on a two game tear. Took down
the defending Champs and then a shutout. What's next!!
Oh, New England...Never Mind Jags will get their
asses kicked. SMASHMOUTH FOOTBALL
ABOUND, Superbowl Favs right now the Pats.
Remember what I said Ed? about Packers and Patriots!
lol you never know!.
Final Score 30-13 New England.
Minnesota @ Chicago: Bears have a defense and a fairly good
ground game. Vikes may have surprised us all by
Stopping the Seahawks who I think most of us forecast
to drop at least 30 on y'all. I think They just got
buried early by Culpepper and abandoned the run.
Bears will keep this close. I think you'll have to
sweat out the remainder of the season. Therefore
Green Bay to run away with the Division from here on in
Final Score 20-16 Chicago.
Pittsburgh @ NY Jets: It's the woulda, coulda,
shoulda Bowl presented by Preparation H.com. BCS
ain't got a line on this. Both these teams had high
hopes coming into the season then let down after let
down. The Jets had a spark, have since lost it. I
think being at home with Curtis Martin should bode
well for Pennington should be a Big day for the Jets
offense.
Final Score 34-23 NY Jets.
Seattle @ St. Louis: Division anybody? This is it
for Seattle they have to go on the road in St. Louis
and stop one of the hottest teams in football to
reclaim the opportunity to take that division back.
Thus not having to worry about tie-breakers with Green
Bay or Minnesota. I don't think this will happen
Seahawks are screwed against what's becoming an
amazing Rams defense.
Final Score 27-13 St. Louis.
San Francisco @ Cincinnati: Well this will tell us a
lot about the Bengals and what kind of heart they
have, cuz that loss to the Ravens was a spirit
crusher. I think they'll respond admirably and take
advantage of a 49ers offense that's without Garrison
Hearst and well overconfident after destroying the
Cardinals. Should be close but Kitna and company will
pull way at the end.
Final Score 30-20 Cincinnati.
Baltimore @ Oakland: Man back to basic fundamentals
for the Ravens, PUT THE BALL IN JAMAL LEWIS' HANDS.
And let him pound it up the middle on reg basis!!
It's working they called on him for 180 yds and 3 TD
last week as he continues to dominate. This is a must
to maintain the division lead, Raiders couldn't spoil
a week old cup of milk. Or could they? NO. Fake f**ks. LOL
Final Score 30-10 Baltimore.
Cleveland @ Denver: Well Brownies had some
opportunities to stop the Rams Monday Night. But just
kept yielding to defeat, this isn't a team with a will
to win I don't think and this process should continue
to repeat itself. Should be a relatively good outing
for the Broncos who are poised to hold off the
Dolphins and take a playoff spot....... But as I always do
here`s my controversy for the week. I wish I could tip
The Portis machine over the Gisca Browns, But I wont.
Final Score 30-27 Cleveland.
Carolina @ Arizona: Good week to start Delhomme and
Steve Smith. Cards couldn't stop the Sun Devils right
now.
Final Score 34-10 Carolina.
Green Bay @ San Diego: Good excuse to get out of the
Cold. Ahman Green should rumble well and keep the NFC
North interesting. Oh yeah and Farve will loom large finally for the
first time in weeks yardage wise. My PACK DEFENCE WILL
SMASH TOMLINSON AND STOP SD OFFENCE ALL TOGETHER.
Final Score 30-7 Green Bay.
NY Giants @ New Orleans: Hmmm sounds like Aaron
Brooks' kinda' game to me. Michael Strahan has been a
beast lately and this is a situation where Kyle Turley
may be sorely missed. Just give the ball to
McAllister and let him make plays for you against this
Giants front line. Saints try to stay alive, as the
Giants plummet out of the newspapers. Poor Fassel man
I like the guy. He`s gooooooooorne at years end as HEAD COACH
of the GMEN.
Final Score 27-13 New Orleans.
Philadelphia @ Miami: This is a game that could do a
lot for the Dolphins who are looking for hope. The
Eagles are the best team in the NFC and this could
prove them to be possibly the best team in the NFL
with a win. Dolphins should fare well, but as always
still find a way to fall just short.
Final Score 17-13 Philadelphia
