Tua & Barry part ways

Just listened to end of Murray Deakers show on radiosport. Tua has announced he and Barry have ended their longstanding boxer/manager relationship. I never saw this coming & no doubt more light will be shed on it tomorrow.
Hopefully it wont affect Tua's chances against Rahman in December, not that Roy Jones wont still be champion regardless of the outcome, which is a farce.

on 365 tonight there were some major questions raised about integrity and a lot were pointing at KB.
Mcgiver said there was news at hand outlining the reason behind the split but they couldnt say anything for legal reasons.
they interviewed lance revill and he seemed to side with tua.


personally, as soon as i heard that don king was mixed up in the scenario i decided i didnt want to believe anybody.

shame tho...

Good move by Tua. The advice Barry was giving Tua in his last fight with Rahman was not very handy. Going on about his jab :roll:

At least Shields was giving him good advice in the Lewis fight even if he couldn't carry it out.
