Wests Tigers winger Lote Tuqiri is back in the representative rugby league arena, after being called into Australias Four Nations squad to replace the injured Jarryd Hayne.
Tuqiri played five Tests for the Kangaroos between 2001-02, before he went on to become a dual international by representing the Wallabies for seven seasons.
The 31-year-old made a spectacular comeback to the NRL in 2010 and went close to making a return for Queensland in this years State of Origin series.
Parramatta star Hayne was forced to withdraw from the team yesterday with a hamstring strain, and Tuqiri will join the squad this afternoon ahead of this Sundays opening Four Nations clash with Papua New Guinea.
Kangaroos coach Tim Sheens said todayTuqiri was selected as the team was in need of another specialist winger.
