From all accounts he hasn't even been charged so stop carrying on like he's guilty already.
Would this be a surprise if it's a bs story? No because it's happened before!

Tyson avoids rape charge
August 17, 2001: In San Bernadino, California's district attorney's office have decided that there is insufficient evidence to charge Mike Tyson with rape. A 50 year-old woman accused the former world heavyweight champion on July 16 with sexual assaulting her in the San Bernardino Mountains east of Los Angeles where Tyson was training for his next fight. Prosecutors confirmed that an investigation had not yielded satisfactory evidence. "It's precisely because of Mr. Tyson's reputation for violence and his notoriety and his previous conviction for rape that we really, really looked at this case very careful,'' Deputy District Attorney David Whitney told the media. "We concluded after reviewing everything we currently know about the case that it cannot be proven beyond reasonable doubt." Claiming his innocence Tyson left the Big Bear area for Phoenix to train for a September 8th bout with Brian Nielsen in Copenhagen. "There was never a doubt in my mind that, when the authorities took a hard look at the case, the truth would serve to vindicate me,'' Tyson announced in a prepared statement. "Now that this is behind me, I am just looking forward to fighting and regaining the heavyweight championship of the world.''

It amuses me that any scrubber who wants to make a few easy bucks just file a rape charge against MT. What a joke .... just like the one he was convicted of !!!
