i like FIVEOCLOCKSHADOW here. trialled well before ridden back at Moonee Valley. forget that run, this horse is much better ridden midfield, and he probably didn't like MV. Flemington alot better for him. at $11 odd i'll have a little bit on him

MY MIDDI got a great run last start, but I doubt that form a bit. but here he's got not much against him so should run well again

FAR HORIZONS has a chance with form behind INDUSTRIOUS, SHAKE IT OFF and CORTON CHARLEMAGNE. 1400m on his home track will suit

REVISE could be a good horse in the making. up in class here but must have a chance

I think General Albert (4) is a chance here. Not real sure why they took him up to Sydney for a Class 3 where he ran 7th (last) carrying 57.5kgs before coming back to Melbourne. His run before that at Caulfield was handy behind Shake it Off and Something Anything. Hoping it is a case of not handling the Sydney way of goin at all. Drops nicely in weight from last 3 starts and is drawn the rails. Good e/w show.

Far Horizons (2) doesn't mind running a place. Good run last start and will run well. Meets General Albert 2.5kgs worse off for a .5l largin when they clashed 2 starts back.

My Middi (1) will run well.

What's the Time (5) and Revise (7) to be thereabouts.

Gee I wish Shinn had the brains to come down the middle as well. Held up back on the inside and finished strong when clear. Could have been in the finish with the same ride as Jolly's.
