Under 22's Next Year??

I was wondering if anyone here could clear up a rumor that I keep hearing from different avenues. Is there any truth to the rumor that the 20's will become under 22's next year?

I haven't heard anything. Alot of people want it to be that (or u23's) but I haven't heard or read anything.
