went out to the manly game last week,for 60 % of the game our ruck defence was shocking.manly were making big yards up the middle,through inside balls.if the same things happens tonight against penrith,with likes of pridis gower and the back up man wesser,we are in for a long night.also manly got a million offloads away all game.to have any chance we will have to lock up the ball.our left hand defence is great,graham is not getting many wraps,but is doing the job for us on the left hand fringes.right hand not so good,big mark oneill seems a bit down on form at present.Tonights all about enthusiam and CONTROLLED AGGRESSION,plus a good kicking game.Simple game plan and plenty of grunt.hope harrison comes off the bench-the kids a class act--go yah tigers-tonights all about gaining respect in the nrl win lose or draw

yeah well said Super coach Harrison was very good last week and against penruffff we need all the muscle we can get. inside balls caused a major problem and will need to be rectified

Whilst farah will be a great player we only need one hooker against penrith with fitzy in at 5/8 and galea off the bench. with lima, laffranchise and harrison off the bench there are some meters there that will back up the game plan. with payten back next week the pack starts to resemble a decent one that can hold its own against top opposition.

i expect the first 20 minutes to be very physical ( tigers have only conceeded 1 try in the first 20 minutes of a game this season ) and who knows if we can jag an early try or two anything can happen.

if the boys are not enthusiastic tonight ( added bonus of the satler and elford factor) they never will be.

I ahvent been this excited(and daunted)by a game in an age.Seeing it on the telly,and all the hype with the Panthers returning to their ld stompin ground...

Not to mention the Panthers having been belted twice,they should come out firing.

If we can stand up to them,we are finals contenders,if not we are relegated to the also ran section......this game is VITAL....and onFriday night.....
