USB ports/drivers help

Hi guys. Managing USB ports is something I’m not very good at. I have 9 usb and usb 3 ports on my computer. In device manager I can only see 8.

move restarted my device a few times hoping that windows reinstalls the missing one but no luck.

Does anyone know how I can have it reinstalled.

Have you tried plugging devices into all your ports to see if they work? Sometimes you won’t see every port listed as the motherboard might have an inbuilt USB hub. also if you have non working ports that aren’t directly on the motherboard, make sure that the cables to them from the motherboard are connected.
