I just entered the panthers forum and requested that people visiting our forum be limited to those with brains. Unlike some of our recent visitors

Gotta love the my penis is bigger than your penis arguement.

In any case its going to be a great game, 1 v 2 who would have thought that at ths start of the year approaching round 12.

As for the we played this team and you played that team and we've had injuries and you haven't it really has no bearing. They/we are professional football teams each player contracted to do a job, no matter if they've played 1 game or 300. As the old adage goes - you can only play whats put in front of you.

I agree but if someone wants to say we have had it easy I'm going to help out with a little context.

I already complimented your team. I have really liked the Dragons in recent years. I honestly just hope for an entertaining game.

I said you have the best forward pack in the game. It's a shame you disagree. I hope the other Dragons fans have more optimism in their excellent team.

The trouble with nominating top 8 opponents is that it changes every week. This is why there is a gentleman's agreement on the Panthers forum not to talk about top 8 or top 4 opponents in terms of difficulty of the draw until the top 8 and top 4 are determined, ie after round 25.

Nonetheless, its true we've had a good draw, and its equally true you've had a dream run with injuries, which has helped your cause. Neither could have been predicted before the season started.

Gentleman's agreements are often " let's agree to ignore reality what " but I see what you mean, we all expected more from the Eels, Cowboys etc. and as a Dragons fan who lived through the great crash of 2017 I should be more sympathetic to that argument.
Should be a great game on Saturday night, I'm really looking forward to it. I really like your halves especially Maloney who should never be underestimated and I'd like to see young Cleary in Origin soon.
Peachey is also one of my favourite non Dragons players. I just like talking up the Saints chances before a game, a little confidence boost for myself if no-one else. May the best team win.

Same to you. I'm happy we get to play Tigers/Dragons back to back so we can test ourselves.

We’ve owned these guys in recent years.

Premiership favourites heading into Round 1 last year and we put 40 on them. And we beat them again in the middle of their winning streak.

Sims will be making a beeline for Maloney and Cleary and the rest of the pack will be looking to impress for Origin.

Peachey and Kikau are the only guys I fear. Contain them and we win by plenty.

I wasn't talking ifs, buts or hypotheticals though, I was just stating the facts. If you want to talk hypotheticals I think if Saints had your draw our for and against would be off the charts. ; )
yeah I'm sure if you had no half back or fullback you'd be as high up as Parramatta. look what happened last year fell away..........

It looks like being a full house on Saturday night.

We had close to a full house against Souths are Kogarah. Then it was close to a full house against Cronulla at Endeavour. Then we played in front of close to a full house at Mt Smart against the Warriors. Then we played to a full house against Easts at the SFS. Then we had a full house at Kogarah against Melbourne. You could even say that we played in front of full houses at Toowoomba and Mudgee.
