One of my favourite players growing up.

I have family in Wauchope and saw Rocky every time I was there.
Consider him a mate.

Succumbed to his demons. Just wish he got help earlier. No one saw it coming.

It looks as though the news was false.

I heard as such on the 2SM 'Talkin Sport radio program yesterday.

While I do not like to speculate, he could well be having some health challenges at the moment, and that may explain the misunderstanding.
