Warriors are responsible for his injuries and will have to pay for his surgery to fix his shoulder and wages while recovering. He has a case in the industrial commission. No way can they dodge there responsibility towards Volkman.
Surgery and rehab costs 100%. Wages possibly not as he signed a release and got a payout which may have already covered that.

Mmm.

Id have to read the contracts I suppose.
I think there is alot of chest pumping over nothing.

He was injured at the Wahs which is not in dispute.

Everything else is just what if"s.
If he had hurt himself at Saints training he'd be in the same position as Cory Allan.

Saints look after their players just ask young Cody Ramsay.

Apparently the Wahs paid most of his 2 years out to get him off the books.so he is not out of pocket by much and Saints have no legal obligation to him.

Yes, it will all die down in due course.

Flamno was straight up about him. There was expectation that the wounds were healing, but SGI exercised appropriate caution and it paid off in spades.

There was perhaps some residual loss of opportunity and other out of pocket expenses.

And dare I say it t, embarrassment caused by premature celebration. But I don’t see that as a flanno issue.

Given Volkman is not a registered player, he is not insured and has no club to cover his medical bills.

The Rugby League Players Association has stepped in to help Volkman navigate through this situation.

Some of you guys should explain to foxsports and the RLPA that you in fact know more than them.
Of course RLPA need to get involved he is part of their union
Still tell me where the Dragons have breached?

Why do people on here call the Warriors the “Wahs”
Is that not used for the NSW Waratahs?
It’s confusing me which is not hard
Found this online

How much they are whinging at the moment I'd say its point 1

some reckon it’s sourced from our Aussie neighbours calling them the ‘Wah Wahs’ back in the day to tease the team for a bit of whinging. Others believe that the halfback himself, Shaun Johnson, was the mastermind behind it.

I don’t think Hunty is going to join a picket line for VDub’s shoulder.

He doesn’t get up out of bed for less than a million a season.

But if Albo introduces a tax on fast cars and speaking shiz to the media, hed be before the High Court in no time.

Whinging they be.

The way this thing has blown up, it’s almost become a reverse underarm bowling incident.

Theyve been caught on the jip.

Filling up bottles of water from the tap at the back of the service station and flogging it on the shelf as Christchurch Springs Natural Wilderness Mineral Water.

kick em out of the game!

The Waratahs are known as the Tahs BLM01. But in the case of the Warriors being called the Wahs, I managed to find this on the web -

Where did 'Up the Wahs' come from?

This is where it gets a bit contentious.

According to the NZ Herald, fans are split between two camps; some believe it derives from a time when Australians labeled the Warriors 'Wah wahs' in reference to their complaining, while others believe it was Warriors hero Shaun Johnson himself that brought it to fame, posting on his Instagram.

Take it or leave it!!

Warriors are NZ based, do they come under the Industrial Commission, did the injury occur in NZ, potentially lots of obstacles.
