VRL 9s Port Vila

Just letting you all know that the very first 9 a side rugby league tournament to be played in Vanuatu will be held at Independance Park in Port Vila tomorrow. 4 teams have confirmed (Tatoko, Ifira, Bulldogs, Aelan Wariors) with the potential that 2 others in Fesh Wota Raiders and Pango may also attend.

Will have pics from the games up on the Vanuatu Rugby League facebook page by mid next week.

Top performing players from this tournament will be then drafted into the Vanuatu national team training squad for the upcoming international against Greece to be held in Port Vila on Saturday October 20th.
