Now you said 1 of the main stands was fine.

Take that off the Penrith Build - in theory that halves it.

Manly did a 3k seat on the Hills with a CoE for $30m.

Using that same formula you get 2 x 5k stands for $100m

Add on led lighting, new entrance ways, permenant food outlets in the north end grass area etc and other add ons around the ground. You’re at the $300mill+ mark. They’ve costed it , it allegedly came out around the $350mill mark. The great news is of it happens Perth will have a great nrl stadium for its new club.
