Any body who doesnt blame part of our poor form towards injuries is a deadset idiot.

Agreed, but even if we had everyone fit I don't think we'd be setting the world on fire.

It takes time on the field for players to learn to trust eachother and get combinations going....we have not had the chance for that to happen since 2001....even in 2001 we didn't start the season like a house on fire - it took about 8 rounds before the guys really clicked into gear and started smashing everyone.....the key thing was that we had virtually no injuries - we were blessed that season.

Our key players have been injured for very long periods.....injuries screw your team big time....when players return from injury they are tentative for a while (often for long periods depending on the severity of the injury).

We deadset need a bit of luck with injuries next year to get some combinations going with the new guys......one big concern is that Tahu, Stringer and Morrison have all had some decent injuries in recent history....fingers crossed that they'll get some good luck and get things going in the right direction next year.

The dogs are the best in the competition at the moment. Look at what the dogs did to the Roosters and Panthers. Would you call the Panthers and Roosters shit teams? I think that if we had good luck with injuries the team would be sitting between 6th and 10th.
