Great to see u8's and u10's involved, good stuff. You are spot on about the 2013 WC and the lack of growth it brought to the FIRL but I suppose when you use 100% heritage players and none of them actually contribute to the domestic scene, there's going to be a lack of spotlight on RL locally.
