Saw it tonight, the cinemas were packed! I missed two session from them being sold out, anyway, WOTW turned out to be very very entertaining, I thought it would be alright, but it blew me away. This kind of film is not usually my bag, but it was good, very good. Very thrilling to say the least.

Saw a nice trailor for 'King Kong' aswell...anyway, see it, whether you like Cruise or not, Its safe to say you will not be dissapointed!

By the way, the sets were amazing..

I saw it last night at a premier screening and I have to say I was really dissapointed in it. I thought I was going to be this big epic blockbuster and it only went for like an hour and a half. I'll agree it was good in patched but overall it seemed like the movie was rushed...The ending was terrible and made me leave the Cinema sick of Spielberg's movies. I hate the Hollywood ending....

*Spoiler*

Ending? It would have been better if the son had died.

Maybe I enjoyed it more because my expectations were lower than yours.
I really enjoyed the scene were they are assaulted for their car and the theme of desperation and hiding, I thought it was quite intense.

I saw it yesterday, I thought it was pretty good although it lacked direction.

Speilberg's direction makes me feel like Im in a theme park ride and not watching a film.

I agree, the son should have remained dead.

Worth seeing.

Hollywood has a bad habit of paying millions and millions for big name actors and high tech gadgetry, but don't bother to shell out for a decent script. This was no exception and a pale shadow of HG Wells original masterpiece.
